3 Ingredient Chicken Recipe:
- • Bachan’s Japanese BBQ Sauce
• Stone ground Dijon mustard
• A little olive oil
Directions:
- Mix the three ingredients in a bowl. (Ratio in reel!)
- Add chicken breasts and give them a quick massage to coat.
- Let it marinate for at least 10 minutes — or up to 10 hours.
To Grill:
- Preheat grill to medium-high (around 400°F).
- Pound chicken to an even thickness.
- Grill for 6–7 minutes per side — don’t flip too early!
- Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
