Protein-Packed Overnight Oats

  • ¾ scoop old-fashioned oats
  • 1 cup milk (any kind you like)
  • 1 scoop protein powder (your favorite flavor)
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon nut butter (peanut, almond, etc.)

Directions:

  1. In a jar or bowl, mix together oats, milk, protein powder, chia seeds, and nut butter until well combined.
  2. Cover and place in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  3. In the morning (or when ready to eat), give it a good stir and top with your favorite fruits and extras (like granola, coconut flakes, or honey).

Enjoy cold straight from the fridge, or warm it up if you prefer!
