This BLT Chicken Salad is an easy spin on the chicken salad recipe we all know and love! There is nothing better than taking two classic meals and combining them into one. Plus, it’ll make a meal that everyone will enjoy! You can serve this BLT Chicken Salad straight out of the bowl with, or make it as a sandwich or in lettuce wraps. Ingredients:

  • protein: 3 cups of cooked chicken (chopped) , 1 pound bacon (diced)
  • vegetables: 1 cup cherry tomatoes (cut in half), 1/2 cup small red onion (diced), 2 stalks celery (diced)
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • dressing: 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • seasoning: 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon onion powder, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Combine your cooked chicken, bacon, tomatoes, red onion, and celery in a large bowl.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Add more to taste as you please.
  3. Add and stir the dressing into the large bowl with the chicken, bacon, and chopped vegetables.
  4. Serve right away and enjoy or store in an airtight container for 3 to 5 days.

Notes:

*If there are leftovers are left out for more than 2 hours, I suggest the leftovers should be thrown away.
