This recipe is from @aubrey.schoenekase . I made it last year for a Super Bowl party & everyone RAVED about it! I subbed the ground turkey for ground chicken but feel free to use what you prefer!

5 Ingredient Buffalo Chicken Cups Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 tube crescent rolls (8 rolls total)
  • 16 oz lean ground turkey, I used 99% fat free
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 packet dry ranch seasoning
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
  • In a skillet, combine the ground turkey, ranch seasoning, and buffalo sauce. Cook on medium heat.
  • While the ground turkey is cooking, spray a muffin tin with olive oil spray.
  • Then line 8 muffin wells with crescent rolls. There’s no perfect way to do this, just press them in and up the sides to create a “cup”.
  • Once the ground turkey is done, take it off the heat and add in half the cheddar cheese. Stir until the cheese is melted.
  • Use a cookie dough scoop (spoon will work too!), fill each crescent cup with an even amount of turkey mixture. Top each cup with the remaining cheddar cheese!
  • Bake for about 10 minutes or until crescents are golden brown.
  • Top with ranch and enjoy!
