This protein-packed, healthy twist on one of my favorite comfort foods, meatballs, is my go-to for weekly meal prep! It makes a pretty big batch, and of course, you can change up the amount of hot sauce depending on how spicy you want them to be. For all other recipes I’ve shared, check out the blog tab.
