Janie Ippolito: Cherry Pie Dip

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 8 oz marshmallow fluff
  • 8 oz cool whip slightly thawed
  • 21 oz Duncan Hines country cherry pie filling
  • Pretzels for dipping (optional)

Instructions:

  • In a large mixing bowl, add softened cream cheese and marshmallow fluff. Beat that together with an electric hand mixer for a few seconds until smooth. Then, add in the slightly thawed cool whip and beat that together with an electric hand mixer until fully combined and smooth.
  • Transfer that creamy mixture evenly into a pie plate or serving dish. Now scoop the cherry pie filling on top and gently smooth it out into an even layer over the creamy mixture.
  • Serve cherry pie dip with pretzels for dipping
