Janie Ippolito: Easter Dirt Cups

Ingredients:

  • 5.9 oz instant chocolate pudding
  • 2 ½ cups milk
  • 8 oz Cool Whip
  • 15 Oreo cookies crushed
  • Peeps marshmallow bunny
  • Cadbury Mini Eggs
  • 1 cup green food-dyed shredded coconut

Instructions:

  • Combine the pudding mix and milk with a whisk for 2 minutes.
  • Stir in the cool whip; then refrigerate for 10-15 minutes.
  • Use a piping bag filled with pudding or an ice cream scoop to fill the bottom of the serving cup. Add a layer of cookie crumbs, then repeat.
  • Decorate with green-dyed shredded coconut, a Peeps marshmallow bunny, and Cadbury mini eggs.
  • Refrigerate for an hour before serving.
