Fluffy Protein Greek Yogurt Pancakes
Pancake Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, beat together the yogurt and egg until light and fluffy. Mix in the flour and baking soda until fully combined.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and spray with cooking spray. Scoop 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake, and flip when bubbles are covering the surface of the pancake. Flip and cook the other side until it is golden.
- I also add a dash of cinnamon and vanilla to mine!
